What kind of chances are you talking about Dallas?
I cant take a chance on a last minute guy who calls up at 11am and wants to come over and see me by 1pm.....How in the hell do you screen guys like that?
In most cases there is no way to do it....you cant reach his ref's that fast....and usually last minute guys dont even have any refs. Its just not fair.

I only take last minute from regulars...and if they can be verified in enough time

I did awesome last trip...had a few prebooks,a few a day ahead of time, and only one last minute regular

I agree with Dallas, its one of the reasons I rarely see locals. They either don't have refs or don't want to be screened ahead of time. I'm willing to do what I can to help, but I'm not a magician. In my experience, BR gentlemen tend to wait until the last minute a lot! But..it takes all kinds I guess!
