There is one thing that sways the balance of the accusations: Whispers did invite people here in SA to see him when he did the Xmas thing. On the Boards that sounds like a good faith thing. What it was in actuality, idk.

I did give Johnny an infraction in error a few weeks back. He had bumped a review over 30 days. I was using my Ipad which tends to autofill. Instead of a Warning for bumping the thread, it gave him a 1 point Infraction for Ad Posting Violation. I did not catch this.

He did send me a pm concerning it as well as an admin he had informed. When the admin asked why I gave the infraction for an Ad Posting Violation I went to look and reversed it. It was an error on my part and I fixed it. Since I did do it in error, I did not even bother with the 30 day bump warning. I did not feel the need to send him a pm because when an infraction, warning, or reverse is done, the system sends an automatic pm to inform the member. There is no conspiracy between me and anyone. Case Closed.
