you know we know about that part of an orgasm too, right? If she's faking an orgasm with any plausibility, shes doing it right through to the end....

(*grin*) As only 29% of women report orgasm for everytime they have sex, and again seeing providers as women, it makes sense that a lot of provider orgasms are faked.
Convincing faking is absolutely doable, but it can be hard to fool some guys.
While orgasm varies to some degree between women, it can be classified as an autonomic response in which the conscious mind plays a role in allowing it (or not allowing it) to happen. Some of the details -- such as number of contractions -- will vary with the woman and circumstance. But there are certain commonalities.
1. Frequency of contractions is 0.8 sec. For all women. Reaction times being what they are, when the reaction required to volitionally contract the lower third of the vagina is added to the reaction time to note that it occurred (feedback) are added, it is just barely possible for a woman with superb powers of concentration to pull it off. Someone who can sense timing as second nature -- such as a musician -- will recognize the 75bpm rhythm. A common song to that beat is Missy Elliot's "Swat dat fly" featuring Timbaland.
A lady who practices faking a lot can pull this off through what I call "automation." Sort of like playing drums, you have already committed to your next move before the first one is completed. Just don't get carried away as too many contractions (more than 15) might raise an eyebrow.
2. Anal sphincter contracts simultaneously at the same time. Attention to detail! If a lady leaves that out, a guy might notice.
3. The uterus contracts too. I am not sure if uterine contractions are under volitional control; but they can be sensed by a guy whose hand is above the mound of venus, if he is stretching the skin a bit and applying gentle pressure. So if the uterine contractions are under volitional control, a lady shouldn't forget that. Otherwise, the guy might notice.
3. Again only noticed if the guy has his fingers in there, but vaginal congestion disappears within *seconds* after a real orgasm; but will continue for a full 20-30 minutes otherwise. The vagina is not humongous. In an unaroused state it is only about 4" long. The congestion is in the upper 2/3rds of the vagina -- which is in reach of the fingers. The easing of congestion is noticeable by having more space. I doubt this can be faked by anyone but a yogi.
4. Tachycardia. A lot of people can self-induce tachycardia so by itself it is not a tell-tale of the real deal. But it's absence is a definite tell-tale sign of faking. You can expect a heart rate exceeding 80% of max heart rate. Pulse can be taken by pressing on the inner thigh. As blood pressure also increases, it should be easily ascertained.
5. Rate of detumescence of the clitoris. If an orgasm was real, clitoral tumescence is lost in minutes. Otherwise, it takes several hours. Easily ascertained unless the lady clothes herself immediately after sex.
6. While it is certainly possible, it is very unusual for a woman to reach orgasm in less than 10 minutes due to oral stimulation. So a woman who has an orgasm after 30 seconds is 99.999% likely faking. LOL
