How do you know the DA didn't care to find the truth? I hate it when people post crap like that. I assume it was a jury trial and if it was did the jury not care about the evidence either?

The state and its legal arms are no stranger to apathetic behavior and a general lack of effort, which leads them to often make wrong decisions because it's easier to do that than to investigate deeper and find the truth.
