Your request is much too little, and way too late. I placed Ike very high on a pedestal many, many years ago. From my own personal perspective, I consider Ike to be one of the greatest Generals in American history. By the same token, I believe Ike to be an average American President. However his significant contributions to the Allied victory in Europe during WW II, cannot be minimized! In simpler terms, I consider Ike to be a great American hero!

As it pertains to Ike's personal life, or anyone else for that matter, I do not spend my time thinking about it. Truthfully, I could care less whether Ike had an affair.
