The whole story... the provider was to drive herself. Instead she came with TWO other providers and a PIMP that parked down the street. She walked up 40 minutes late. Moves us into today (Full Time Man Whore) I schedule a session via P411, PM & Text THREE WEEKS AGO! The meeting was today at 3:30 pm. At 12:49 pm I get told the hotel name and address. I see a potential class action suit filed on behalf of all the providers you COULD have seen while getting NCNSd or waiting on late providers over the last couple of years.....

And stop and think of the ramification and exponential growth of who you would owe when one or two of THEM NCNSd you and created another class of victims.....

Actually I disagree. If you read the poll choices they fall under fraud for the most part. You are renting a product (the provider) and the product should be as advertised. Just because the item being leased is a human being does excuse the lessor form the material terms of the lease which would include condition of the lessor's property(Her body). If it's the girl, 50 lbs heavier she is not in accordance with the agreement then the lessee certainly has the right to refuse payment and decline the service.


The bottom line is that the are material conditions that must be met in order for it not be fraud or theft by deception. The girl needs to be in the same condition her pictures advertise her to be in. In the case of the open wound if it was not disclosed in the ad it would be of significance and not meet the terms of the agreement. Remember many contracts can be revoked up until the last minute and after performance has begun if the material terms of the contract are not met and substantial performance has not been performed.

If SL had completed the photo shoot and paid in full he would then be within his rights to post an alert with photo evidence which would have harmed the providers business far more than backing out of the session.
