Gaining Weight??

I'm the same way , my brother is too. I'm 56 always had a hard time gaining weight.blood work is good, and my dick gets hard when the wind blows,so no problems there. I work outdoors and go fishing a lot so I keep real active. The protein shakes and suplements work well, along with lots of fruits,veggies and fish,chicken. Main thing is working out and right kind of calorie intake.
You could also marry some beautiful gal and discover five years later that you hate her so much that you would rather chew your own arm off at the shoulder, rather than risk waking her up in the morning by sliding it out from under her. At that point you won't care about life anymore and become a fat, lazy slob. Works for most men.

Are you looking to put on weight or put on muscle mass? there's a difference in how you go about it. Less cardio, more muscle training for example. Muscle weighs more than fat, but takes up less body mass. I would talk to a personal fitness trainer, someone reputable, and ask for advice.
get a shot to slow down your metabolism.....just a thought!!!

Lay off that healthy Science Diet crap.
Friskies and Meow Mix have much higher fat content. Better yet, try raiding a few dumpsters. The stuff people throw out is amazing. Just don't let any rats kick corn meal in your face.

Squat (full squats, hamstring to calf, no half ass pussy shit), dead lift, bench press, shoulder press, rinse and repeatet 3x a week. Eat plenty, don't load up on saturated fats but eat plenty of protein.

they have a drink called ensure and its really tasty and works as well u should try it you can buy it at walmart or alot any grocery store
