I can go to the Meso Hony Spa and get the same physical service, plus a shower and massage, by a cute Asian or Hispanic girl for $160 with no prior arrangement. If you are charging more than that, you better think about what you have to offer beyond that, and I would think timeliness, both in communications and bookings would be at or near the top.
