Zinc Losenges. They seriously cut into the down-time and speed up the recovery.

Cold-eze is one brand that I recommend. They can be found at your big-box corner pharmacies next to the cough drops. Stuff works, Fo'Real-Fo'Real!

At least you have enough respect to cancel and not expose her to your illness. Can't say that about some people here. I really hate when people come and purposely spread their Crap on others. Good for you and hope you feel better real soon. As grateful as she will be I'm certain she will allow you to reschedule and then some.

Had same problem happen to me, it wasn't me but her. She had a family illness. I was so excited about seeing her. Then that PM came.

Did not have time to schedule with anyone else. So hopefully I can schedule another time with her.

So happens to all of us.

^^ I'm sure she would put you ahead of any other appts when you try to reschedule. I would.

I think he mad a smart choice. Us Health Care professionals would offer some advice as well. Learn to wash them hands, many times daily, or learn how to avoid contamination and cross-contamination. Keep drinking fluids, Vitamin C daily, rest, and Tylenol for fever, one gram every 6 hours (or 2-500mg po qid prn fever). 4 grams is the daily max
