Tell him you suck dick for a living and usually that kind of up front response throws people off.

So, I've been trying to strike up a conversation with this hot little blonde down the street. She looks a little familiar but I can't quite put my finger on where I've seen her before. He's either feeling you out to approach you for a sugar baby/ sugar daddy relationship or he's taken notice of the traffic in and out of your domicile.
Just be polite and tell him his inquiries make you uncomfortable.
Him confessing that he's researched you makes me think he's noticed the traffic.
