What's with the trend of the ramen noodle places
Ramen is great, but a tough meal when its 90 degrees out
Momofuku is great. There are a ton of ramen restaurants in NY/BK. The owner of Momofuku recently opened one trial restaurant, only serving chicken sandwiches. Sounds delish! Although, wait time is 45 minutes + AND the line is outdoors ANNND there are no seats, standing only restaurant. But, it has great reviews for having only opened days ago..
There are also ramen burgers, that was a thing not too long ago. Best ramen spots are always with Japanese symbols, small and the food served in oriental style bowls with a boiled egg inside the soup, cooked to perfection (slightly runny)!
<--- bit of a food snob.
GOURMET FOODIE MASH UP RAMEN RESTAURANTS IN NYC HAVE BEEN TRENDY FOR SEVERAL YEARS NOW ... FOR EXAMPLE = http://momofuku.com/
Seems to be the new hip restaurant. Seen a lot of them pop up recently.
Anyone try one? Any good?
