I've met many people who tell me they can't tell the difference (and I'm a bbbj person), so I think a lot of variables are at work. I know people who can just look at a condom and then it all goes south, but not everyone is like that, so you can't just say someone's been lying to her Spiceyone, lol.

I think GS said it best. some gf's don't give a bj's at all. bbbj or cbj. and it is somewhat dependent on the person. to me GFE is more about the passion and kissing (DFK. haven't experienced a gf NOT doing that. LFK is just a damn tease) and me thinking she wants to spend time with me. the IOP. I get the idea of GFE being a thing where guys think a gf should give the bf a bj.
