Because of an enlarged prostate (I am 63), I visit an urologist twice a year. I ask him for samples (Cialis has three 20 mgm per sample pack) and a prescription. I mail off my prescription to Pharma Passport (www.pharmapassport.com) along with a check for $108.00. In about a month, I receive a small package containing 60 Cialis. The Cialis are not brand, they are generic from India. They are Tadacip 20 and contain 20 mom of Tadalafil (ingredient in Cialis). India produces many generics (these are manufactured by Cipla) and they are in my opinion equivalent in safety and efficacy. The only downside is you will need a prescription from your doctor. My urologist gave me script for 10 Viagra 100 mg with 3 refills. Tried Pharma Passport based on recommendation above. They shipped 40 generics for $55. Just an FYI - ordered from an Indian source, received without any problem. However, received a call from someone saying they were with the DEA and threatening legal action unless I was willing to make a guilty plea and pay $1,000 in court costs. Told them to contact my attorney - last I heard from them.

They were good enough to spoof the caller id with the DEA main number.
