Sorry this is off topic, but remembered a recipe for puppies. Liberally apply a spicy dry rub, let stand for 30 mins. Cook outside slowly on low heat until 150 internal temp is reached. Remove, slice and serve with mango chutney with small amount of jalapeño mixed in. I recommend a sweet red wine to compliment the spicy flavor of the meat. Great dish for 4th of July cookouts.
