Mine is on vibrate button I do have to keep an eye on it. I'm not concerned if the provider doesn't like that - I am paying her for time. If I want to play on my phone that's my choice. I'm not paying her to use her phone though.

Im with Kammye. My kids and nanny have a special ring tone that I will stop a session to answer. Its happened twice in two yrs.
