What do you care? Just get a prepaid visa. As far as the tax shit, you're not the one doing anything questionable in that sense anyway. How do you know how the relationship between the entities is arranged? For all you know they pay every penny of their tax burden and use a holding company for a few businesses including ECCIE.

For that matter if you're so concerned, how do you know the towel heads at the local gas station pay all their taxes? Really the way you're approaching this tells me you should just avoid any activities that aren't above board, it's not for you.
