Providers accessing reviews

A Hobbiest may share his ROS with anyone he chooses. It's his, he can share it. The problem arises when a gal announces to the board that she knows the ROS. Same goes for those meddling White Knights. If a WK shares someone else's ROS with a lady and no one finds out, then nothing happens. It's when she gets butthurt and announces in coed in a rebuttal that gives away she has been given ROS when she gets busted and hopefully the WK.

Anything you post online can be seen by ANYONE in some way or fashion. Its the internet nothings is private online. I thought by 2016 that would finally be understood ?!
