NYS Fair

Does anyone find it interesting that the NYS fair attendance is lower than Erie County fair attendance, despite he state fair running almost twice as long and having a bigger venue.

They should just cancel the NYS fair, and use Erie County Fair as the NYS fair.

Saw a buddy today who went to the NYS fair yesterday. He said it was packed and nice. Thought about hitting it but it's a 2 and a half hour drive, so passed on it.

"funnel cakes" gets me every time whew! and balloon animals.

Miss the carny strippers....

I was going to go to the fair but then I decided not to. Whew.

Is that why there is a blimp in town?

Any of you guys from the West coming out to the Fair? Lots of specials and new BP girls advertising with the Fair in town. In fact, I thought I saw one of our well known and oft self promoted VPs in town, but then I realized that it was just the Direct TV dirigible. However, that does demonstrate that there are some missed opportunities out there for ad revenue. Ladies? Anyone with the acreage to take advantage of this opportunity may wish to consider it.
