The thing about reviews, theoretically there are only two people who know what happened. It's all he said/she said, after that. He said it happened you said it didn't. It's obvious you weren't there. But sometimes obvious isn't enough. His word is not better than yours, but it is equal. PM the guy and get him to recant, that would be the easiest way to get it taken down.H.H for the first time I have to disagree with you. a provider's word means absolutely nothing when it comes down to a review. you can have all the proof in the world to show that it's a fake review but if the gentleman doesn't say is fake it stays up there. the only time that is he said she said b******* is when there is no proof. but if a provider has proved that she wasn't even in Houston at the time or text messages to prove the review is a lie. then it shouldn't be that hard to figure out that its a fake.
