Been visiting strip clubs and I'm like WTF?

Yeah I know I'm getting old when I remember the days in Dallas I used to put on full shows, eat fire, do actual performances. I miss that. I moved here and was like WTF? That's been years ago. Now most of the strippers remind me of The Walking Dead but prettier. Lol. No talent.

I just see strip clubs as a waste of good hobby funds. The only time I go is if I am with a bunch of guys for a bachelor party or something. That can be fun, but it's about the friends I'm there with, really and not the girls. They are just props for the party in that case. I have not visited a strip club by myself in probably over 20 years. Well, the ones in other countries don't count as they have rooms in the back and you can fuck the dancers. Now that's a strip club!!

I have only been a few times ( maybe 2 time a year) the last 15 years. And most of those have been a sneak in to the Landing strip coming off a flight for a beer and a couple dances. It's usually throwing money away to fast. Back in the 80's and 90's I spent damn near every night in them (Houston, San Antonio, Austin & Dallas). I did it before finding the hobby and at some point I got tired of the pick up dance bars and me and my buddies went to the strip clubs. I've been amazed and jealous at the millage you guys get from in there.
I think in Texas what you can get from a lap dance does make the girls work less on stage. I have been to clubs in other states that don't allow the lap dances, so the girls have to work harder at e stage to make the money. And it shows in how they dance. The best stage efforts I have seen were outside of Texas. And those girls knew how to work the pole, and the crowd.
I haven't frequented these type of establishments since the early-mid 2000s(difficult to really have fun at these places when customer has lack of serious cash flow, together with the economy and all), but I'm always interested in watching a performer with an athletic type body that can dance well, or if not that, someone that comes across as very confident I guess is the word, whether it's just walking/minimal dancing and what not, I suppose

Never been a big fan of SCs but do appreciate a good dancer/performer. Probably why I like burlesque shows. There's a mix of performers and "sizes". Been a few couples as well. I enjoy seeing what creative things they come up with.

The next burlesque fest will be in April. I usually post a reminder.

It's a really sad night when I can put out better moves than the dancers on the stage of SCs!
