using pm to schedule

Not exactly sure why youre trying to discredit my post and I dont know what you mean by 'Family reasons'.
Family has nothing to do with my PMs. I just searched high and low through my messages and Ive recieved 2 PMs from you, both asking if I was available on 2 seperate evenings. First evening I explained I wasnt available because I was out to dinner with friends, and on your second PM I responded by asking if you had references. Never heard back from you. Well, up here, I will respond to polite PMs, but anything further than that goes through my direct email. I don't like the idea of using a forum site to conduct business and prefer things be done privately.

As for a personal number, I require confirmation via text the morning of, that our date is still on. Having contact with a gentleman in this way provides me a bit of security, but also allows for quicker communication, as someone mentioned.

Lastly, I've found that insisting on exchanging numbers and day-of communication via text eliminates a lot of time wasters. Those who are out to play games with no intention of actually showing up, are eliminated right up front by my refusal to even book a date without a cell number.

Just my two cents.
I can't count how many have not responded to my PMs. Or bother to read them. Originally Posted by mr666

I think it's so rude love someone not to reply back. even the gentleman do that sometime why not send someone a message politely I've been telling them thank you or no thank you or if they change their mind.

I get about a 50% return rate on PMs. A few ask me to e-mail them directly, or to message them through P411 instead of here.

It seems like Houston providers (or maybe Texas?) want cell phone and text, and in my travels, I've found providers don't want to use cell phone or text until after a first appointment.

To each their own I suppose.
A P411 screening request followed by a P411 appointment request works every time. The phone is only to guide you in, usually by text. Originally Posted by Oralist
