Do all pending reviews get approved or rejected eventually?

I have been waiting for over a week with no response or even a gentleman's please be patient. I will assume they are overwhelmed with reviews.

Matter of fact, I did PM one of the moderators to seek review credit and kindly ask for a response. He did read my message but did not respond- so I guess he just didn't care at the time. No big deal but there was a provider that was visiting and wanted to read th ROS reviews to get an idea of level of service.

I've heard that there are rules here, and I've also heard that providers are not allowed to read the ros....
