i think either side should at least have the courtesy to call and say "hey, i can;t make it" even if you don;t want to explain, at least you let the provider or vice versa know your not coming.

He's one of those guys who he wants you available when he is.... I have seen him few times pretty nice guy! That ncns shit ain't cool though!! All he gotta do is be honest and say he's meeting with someone else....
