Don't Hobby drunk or high on drugs, period. That applies to both sides. I once arrived at an incall and called for the room number. The gal was so boozy, I couldn't even understand what she said. Left immediately.

I have drank with a client during session, from a sealed bottle obviously, and it had been pre-arranged to be a session (multihour) with plans for Tequila shots, salt, & limes...
I have also drank a couple glasses of wine (or margaritas lol) during a meal with a client, also offered & agreed to beforehand.

I have NEVER EVER went into a session intoxicated, never went after even one drink.
If it isn't mentioned, I would assume it is obviously not desired.
