Just curious, why does it matter how recent the OK is? Let's say in the last 3 months vs. 2 or 3 years? Do a significant number of guys really go from "normal" to BSC in 6 months?
Also, how are we supposed to know who you consider a reliable provider that you trust? I don't see many ladies publishing a list of preferred references (other than maybe their doubles partners). There are some providers who are obviously well-known, but that is a small fraction of the total potential references or OK's.

A p411 OK is suppose to consist of the hobbyist was respectful to the provider's time and person, had clean hygiene and had the correct donation. Some providers have additional rules for giving an OK such as the hobbyist has to review her, and it better be a good review, or other bullshit that they require and should not matter when giving OKs.
