January. Cold and Slow. Ugh.

I have heard multiple guys say that they are "trying" to get out of the hobby. I bet it's just slow in January because they make it their New Year's resolution and can't resist come after Valentine's Day when they wish they were getting some, lol. Just a thought

It is pretty damn cold though! I'm ready for summer!

Finances are certainly tighter after the holidays, but I've been wanting to play for a while but it's been tough to make arrangements. Seems that everyone is busy or not wanting to play, on both sides.
you also have to look at the impact LE has had in it to!!Things are much more dangerous than it use to be..For hobbyist and providers. You tend to find a lot of hobbyist are scared now and I can not blame them. But the economy has sucked the fun out of it for everyone

Just wait for those who get a tax refund.
Shoveling snow makes my toes freeze.

I've gotten spoiled. Had a teenager in the house for the last few years that would do it for me. Of course his rates made it closer to extortion rather than allowance. Last snow I got all dressed up and was going to do it and a knock at the door from a local ethnic entrepreneur offering to do it for me...for $20. I say "sure". He yelled something and "poof" ninja Latinos come out of nowhere and 5 guys were attacking my driveway with gusto. They were done in 10 minutes and did a helluva job. Hoping they come back today.....
We should hang...
I've not worked in a month..because I've been sick
but I got some money to blow
i don't mean that in a weird way lol
I could take us out though
Sens55...send the "pool" nija out to Overland park for snow removal!!!!!

Or if you ever get a phone number (unlikely???) PM on it?

SWEET!!!!
I have really been missing my frequent Kansas City trips - But I am just not brave enough to face your guys' cold winter! I am hoping it warms up soon so I can come back
Oh, and as for the slow part, I think its slow EVERYWHERE right now. I always do really well in Vegas and just got back from there 2 days ago and had the worst trip I've ever had there. I think a lot of guys are recovering from the holidays, as well as preparing for tax time (for those that get the privilege to owe ) along with new years resolutions (maybe spending $$ on gym memberships, maybe trying to quit pooning, etc.)

Hi Lux
It was great meeting you in LasVegas last week. You are probably wise to stay away for awhile. When I left there Wednesday it was almost 70 but only 24 back at KCI. GT

When does it start getting warmer around there? February, March?? I need a ballpark. I miss you guys over there!!
Well, there's supposed to be an inch of ice accumulated on Monday, followed by 6 to 10 inches of snow on Monday night thru Wednesday morning. Combine that with 20-30 mph winds during the snow storm.
