What qualities or attributes make your ATF? Is it looks, personality, skills or other things that cinch the deal for you?

Texts, PM's and appointment requests that aren't answered take them off the ATF list, Cancelled appointments will knock them down a peg, multiple cancelled appointments gets them on the Do Not See list. NCNS gets them on the Never Try Again list. Delayed appointments by more than a few minutes, knocks them down a peg. I typically schedule at least a day or more in advance, my hobby time is limited so to be an ATF, reliability is key for me.

I'm embarrassed I left that out of my earlier post.
This is a huge thing and directly impacts how the guy thinks about how the gal thinks about him. Items mentioned above of thoughtfulness, the illusion, and perhaps, omg, a professional friendship can all be seriously impacted by this one item. Hopefully for the better.

How many of you folks, guys and gals, drop a note to your favs on birthdays, xmas, new yrs, valentine's day, etc? TCB includes the little things, not just a date setup.

I always send/receive texts or emails to/from my ATFs on their birthdays, holidays etc. Or just to say hello. Some have become true friends and will call or text on a regular basics. Most are not local. Still looking for a local ATF

In this context, it means answering e-mails/texts/phone calls promptly, responding to reference checks, screening efficiently, being on time, being prepared. Basically being professional.

Happy to see me, asks for it by name, gets on it, stays on it, encourages me to take my time and thanks me when she gets it!
