The two-faced hobbyist

I always say do your research on a provider so that you know what to expect and want from her. The biggest part that bugs me is that he might get 6 weeks free off me. He lied about the date it took place on. Like I always say, we are free to say what we want, it's our right in America to either be honest or petty. Originally Posted by FirePhoenix

Al is right about me dropping it. Shouldn't let something small get under my skin like tbat. One thing is for sure providers on this site should have a way to defend themselves or rate a hobbyist back like we can on other sites. This site will not go to shit just because providers want to have a voice

I don't pay much attention to this site but I thought the ROS portion of reviews are blocked to providers. If so, how did the OP learn of it? And really why is this posted here and not in the general forum?

I haven't seen the ROS but I can read the comments. I thought thia was the right forum and if it isn't then the mods will move it.

You are way, way overreacting. You've got 12 pages of reviews, and everyone recommends you except for two people. Restaurants, hotels, airlines and most escorts would kill for a record like that. You should have just dropped the matter. Contacting the reviewer was a bad idea. It makes you look unprofessional, maybe even a little crazy. And it caused him to come back at you with negative comments. Basically the only substantive negative thing the guy said in his review was that you're a smoker. That's useful information for people who are turned off by that, as well as for those like me for whom it's a turn on. Yeah you could say he was negative about your breasts in one place, but then in another he says they're "soft, suckable, and responsive." I have no idea what he meant when he was talking about your vagina, it sounded like nonsense.

Anyway forget about it and move on. If I could keep 98% of my customers happy, like you, I'd be ecstatic.

I learned some interesting things in the way a man thinks on this issue. It would be nice if I could post on thw review thread like you can on tna board. The back story will not be there for other hobbyist to see and a provider can only post her side in coed basically. If a hobbyist repeatedly askes for an appt after the first appt was "supposedly" was awful then I have the right to say "lose my number". Yes I admit I was being butthurt, it was my first time dealing with such lies and vileness from another person

Im going thru exactly that right now! I have never in all my years had a bad review... but I had to do an alert on this guy the other day because my purse was stolen at the same time I was with him... Plus during the session he started calling me a filthy whore with my mouth wrapped around his co*k. Now I like to set guidelines and limits Before a session. I am never a submissive that will tolerate that kind of belittling as anything but passive aggressive woman hating. he hasnt written a bad review BUT he is stalking the crap out of me, constant text and insults. How can u fight that?

CHS, first off I would let rhe mods know about this. If a case is bad enough I know that they use other channels to try and deal with the situation. Get a blocking app is another one. I wish there was an app to block texts. Really tighten up on the verification for 6 months. An alter is the best providers can do on this site. Take for example HX-humiplex yoy can give a safety rating. It helps but some still fall through the cracks. Keep us posted on what goes on. Truly sorry that you are going through this.
I'm sorry this happened to you hun.

Some advice:

1. Post about him in the ladies section. If word gets around and enough ladies start to decline him, he will start to get the picture.

2. As others have said, it can be hard to deal with, but sometimes this shit just happens. I once had a very undesirable client I saw once. After that I didn't want to see him again. He kept calling/messaging me for future sessions, but as you said, I conveniently wasn't available every time he tried to book with me again. He then started after me here on the board. Every time someone would post a positive review of me or say something nice about me in a thread, he would instantly comment back something negative about me. It was beyond shitty for sure.

Eventually, other gents here on the board started speaking up for me against him. Then in the end, he ended up getting banned anyways.

I honestly don't know if that would happen now, bc I've been out of the game for a bit and also it seems the Houston board is overrun with assholes nowadays; but, I think in general, if you are an established and reputable provider, one dickhead badmouthing you won't hurt too, too badly.

Anywhos, as I said, please post about him in the ladies section so we all know at least, who to avoid.

Take care and I hope it gets better for you. *hugs*

If you want to tell an individual off, go ahead, you should do that. I would. I do believe you should be able to comment on reviews as well. But the minute you review me you violate my privacy and I will not do business with whoever does that. That is too much potentially embarrassing information or even damaging information . If it got in the hands a lawyer , potentially ruinous

. In this business you need to be discrete. The customers have to have anonymity. If you don't want to be discrete, please pick a different profession. We pay a lot of money , for something that is nothing like work, in fact its pleasurable. Is anonymity so much to ask?

. As for bad reviews, all guys know there is always an asshole, always,,,always. Unless you start piling up the bad reviews, its really nothing to worry about.
I totally agree with you. I had a guy lie on a review of mine after he supposedly enjoyed himself then goes and writes a bad review on me. He was trying to hustle me and get more than what he donated for. I did everything he asked even without the extra donation I had asked for before and we agreed on. I'm a nice person and I don't like to hustle people I just know what I'm worth me I feel like I'm fair with everything considering.

It most certainly IS work, and it is only pleasurable with some clients. Many ladies do enjoy some of their clients, but many of them also have to pretend to enjoy time with a lot of machismo driven dolts who haven't figured out the first thing about politeness, humor, or pleasuring a lady.

What about a self-absorbed flabby fat guy who belches and tells the world that he is a stud muffin do you think is remotely pleasurable to a lady?

[Note: that description is not necessarily directed at you since I have no idea who you are, but it fits a lot of clients perfectly.]

I never understood why a provider can't see the "Rest Of Story" that is written about her. Seems only right that she should know what is being said about her. It is her job we're talking about.

I would have no problem at all with providers being able to see my ROS details in reviews. I'd actually like it and would be interested in seeing the ladies' comments on the reviews. Originally Posted by albundy

I would caution you to not complain about actual techniques after the fact. You (hobbyists in general) should ALWAYS say something if an activity is not to your liking. Speak up and say how to like it! There is nothing wrong saying "more tongue" , "suck a bit lighter", or "let me hear you moan". If she wants you to repeat she will behave accordingly.

I agree .

But I don't see why they couldn't see the ros if they bought a paid membership. Originally Posted by slickahhughs

On-topic. I have a policy against repeating with clients I don't enjoy seeing. I'm very upfront about it and tell my clients about it before we even enter the bedroom. Since I've started doing this, my job satisfaction has gone through the roof. First-time clients take care to treat me well and they in turn get a unforced and fun session. You obviously have a similar policy so letting the clients know would most likely give you the same results.

I'm sure there are things we could all do differently to help our business, seeing ROS would probably help us help ourselves.
