Between the two, for me it would have to be ice cubes. Hot wax is very exciting too. Only my body reacts better to nice slippery ice cubes rather than hot wax.

hot wax probably not so good for my body type. ice is nice. hot tea or hot water blowjob is the one for me. even better when alternated with ice water.
