Tax Question

There are ads out there for free tax returns if you income is low enough. I think the idea is to get you used to the software, and when you make more, you will happily pay so you do not have to start over somewhere else.

Yes, my parents are going to a community place and do them there. I'm actually glad because I was stressed out in making 300$ just to do that and then fill out my FAFSA soon.

Update. I was able to get the 1,000$ refund! 😄. Really happy because of that.

Lol! 😁 Well not exactly silly. Hopefully the tuition rate isn't too bad at this other school I'm going to for the summer out of Houston. Also, hopefully I can make a good connection and get somewhere to stay for free for a month.

Where I am, tuition for 3 classes was 927$ in the summer. In the fall and spring, my tuition is around 10,000-11,000$. Those are 4-5 classes, and I commute. However, for transfer students, it's way more expensive in any term, which may be the case for me this summer when I go to this other school.

So we don't get to enjoy you this summer?

Aw don't be sad. I will be about 2 hours away. And it will only be for maybe 1 month and if it comes to worse 2 months which I don't think will be the case.
