He took it down because it was against ECCIE rules to post private messages in Co-ed. Not because of the content, I'm guessing. I didn't get to see the original post, but I know posting private messages is a no-no.
Dear Infiniti G37,
So sorry that you had so much difficulty in understanding our advertisement that you failed to comply with the screening process, requested a time duration that we do not offer, asked for a rate that is not available, struggled to set an appointment in an acceptable time frame, continued to contact LL after a request for you to stop was clearly ignored.
It's a sad irony that this should become some sort of referendum on race, because the truth is that if anyone is reinforcing stereotypes, it is you, sir. We have many black clients who are thoroughly satisfied regulars, but they have uniformly reported having trouble booking appointments with other agencies and independents because of bias. Bias that is generated by the actions of people who don't read instructions, fail to comply with simple procedure, and have difficulty comprehending that prices and time durations aren't negotiable.
This is an example we can all learn from, but for very different reasons than you may have had in mind when you decided to go public with your issue. We at LL are glad you did, because our rules are both simple and fair, and everyone is much happier when they are followed.
We hope you have an excellent day, sir. Originally Posted by Libertine Liaison
