Well I have done it and I have never had a problem with her.I have moved from NY but if I was there I would see her again.

I think that it depends on the individuals. This is a business that requires discretion so from my point of view it doesn't matter if I know you or not I know how to behave in such a way that does not cause alarm or suspicion. I've seen people I knew personally. It always worked out just fine. But I can easily see how some people could find it very awkward or even uncomfortable.
