After the hobby

I bet it's hard to save when you have to live from hotel to hotel
hey l like the finer things in life and this has helped me have some of them
but .. I know when I can and can't have them ..
iv been very lucky so far and have been able to save and I know down the road be time for me to leave this and I'll have a nice nest egg
Like it's been said takes money to make money !!
my guess the young ones have a harder time .. im just guessing ..

very wise, hopefully everyone has or gets this same kind of mind set. Providers and hobbyist alike.

It's all in percentages. X amount goes to savings, Y amount goes to rent/mortgage. Z amount goes to regular expenses and recurring payments. AB goes to blow-it-cause-you earned it...

If you can't do X, Y, and Z, you've got a problem with your longterm plan to get out. Part of my AB fund goes towards my next "stamp of approval" that my future employer will appreciate and pay me generously for.

Lol play money is always needed, I always refer to it as "gators walking around money".
