I have to say, this has been interesting. I don't have a NBA policy however, I do feel that those that do, should have the common respect to advise ahead of time. Just like the men that can see our pics and ethnicity, they are able to make their decisions based on that. So if we as providers also have a preference, then we need to make it clear, precise and known. It is all common courtesy and respect because at the end of the day, we are all human beings. It is not about the black ethnicity, it is about preference and choice. If I am not into Asians , just for example, I will advise and still thank the person for wanting to see me. That way, the individual client can keep it moving. Just my opinion. I visit Houston often and haven't found any issues with any ethnicity cases.
