I guess it's to each their own, but I don't understand how anyone can handle hobbying in notels anymore. It would just freak me out too much! Also, wouldn't you want a nicer surroundings to have a more enjoyable sesh? Originally Posted by Victoria of Houston

I've seen a few Palace Inn Blue locations springing up around town recently. I noticed one while taking an excursion down 45 south. Has anyone visited a blue PI? If so can you provide any details: rates, hourly &/or how they compare to the old red & gold PIs.? Originally Posted by TexEx89

They are very modern and clean.
The owners are cool, not judgmental.

One of the new Blue PI down here off 45S is charging 35-40 an hour. I guess cause it's new. Had a guy that wanted to meet there and he was shocked by rate of room. I haven't rented a room yet but at 40hour I would say hell no.
There are more locations popping up on the north side off 45

I've paid the higher rate there for my extended tap out sessions with refreshments.

But for the two-hour, two nut quickies, either of the two old ones are adequate for 10 less.

ps- the elegant new blue ones will be shit holes soon enough.

I admit that renting a hotel room recently for the first time in 5 years, following the loss of my pleasant private incall to Mother Nature's wrath, had me all sorts of edgy and nervous, and I was only seeing one fellow. I just couldn't make myself "backtrack" to a Palace Inn, where I started out 9 years ago, or any other notorious notel that rents by the hour, as they are the ones LE will target first. I got a room for the night at a moderate place, and have decided that for such now-rare occasions, that's the route I'll take. Mostly doing outcalls to my loyal and wonderful regulars while still working on repairs to the Irish Chihuahua Refuge.

My pad o' passion was surrounded by adults who worked all day or were infrequently used by business travelers, so nobody to clock comings and goings much, and it was an end unit, so no neighbors at all on one side. Management frequently monitors traffic more closely at motels. I know several providers who have gotten kicked out for multiple visitors at PIs, but have not yet heard of anybody being evicted from an apartment for erotic activities. (If anybody notices, you might get labeled as "slutty." ) I did have a cover story in place to explain my callers.

I really liked having an apartment, as I was allowed to display my personality in the decor, and offer more conveniences like a full bar, kitchen, garden smoking area, and an environment guaranteed to be always be clean and fresh, and I never ran out of towels. I didn't have to hassle with repeated check-ins and outs, could relax in my own hussy haven with no concerns over time or calls from impatient desk clerks. My clients felt very cozy and safe there, and I never entertained more than 2 a day (afternoon, change linens, bathe, have a snack, rest, then evening), usually 4-5 a week max, and had absolutely no problems paying the rent.

You don't have to be high volume to afford an apartment. I audited my monthly motel receipts and compared them to what it would cost for an apartment, and the private place turned out to be surprisingly economical. Coming up with proof of income, deposits, and furnishings can be daunting at first, but many places use bank records to assure your ability to pay, offer move-in specials, and just starting out all you need is a bed, anyway. My clients, that awesome resource Craiglist, resale shops, and discount stores like Ross, helped fill the place with accoutrements over time.

Yes, True, Most of them are $5 -$10 more.

Wood floors so the rooms don't carry a stinch, Large 2 people glass walk in shower, waterproof mattress covers, clean sheets & towels ( I always take my own towels, many can attest to that ) = bonus

I like the convenience of being able to be in different areas of our large lovely city at any given time.
It may not be for all but it fits my limited availability status.
I have " Incall @ Patels " clearly listed on my showcase, if it bothers someone or they're just not into Patels, there's always my Outcall Availability.
No complaints, except one guy who didn't bother to read my showcase to know my Incall status.

I don't like sitting in one spot with nosy neighbors and Leo or El Psychos knowing where I'm posted.
Been there done that in the studio era
( No more sitting duck or lazy hoe for me )....made me bored and felt lazy not being able to go run errands in between a meeting throughout the day.

I agree on that part Fancyinheels
It's nice to fix up your own place and be in a homey type atmosphere, just doesn't fit my very limited availability.

Kudos to ya'll ladies who have an Incall or choose to live at ya'll Incall.

We're all taking the same risks in different ways, no way is safer.

Gents, ALWAYS peruse the provider's Showcase BEFORE booking, even if a return visit, and ladies, make sure that you keep your info updated.

I actually just used one last Friday. They are so much nicer than the red ones. Everything is brand new and you can tell they are upgrading P.I.s. The rooms were pretty nice!!
