As a generalization, Niagara girls even on the US side seem to have really low rates.

Niagara Falls is nice especially if you go to canada Downtown buffalo has greatly improved. Summer is nice lots of festivals, and such. Food is great, all types of bars and clubs if you are into those, closing time 4am. Arts, theatre, things are def getting better.

Walking along the falls is a nice day trip and pretty cool if your not from around here.. also they have the maid of the mist and the cave of the winds wich are fun to experience..

Boating. Beaches. Multiple state parks, hiking, mountain biking motorcycle riding in the summer. Skiing. snowboarding, snowmobiling, ice fishing ice skating, sledding. Snowshoeing in the winter. Festivals, shows, museums, sports, etc...anytime. won't find friendlier neighbors, and yes Toronto is just over an hour away if you want to visit a true big city.

Just explore all the area food options ... the Bflo./WNY area has some awesome places and every type of food venues ... one reason I'd never leave 😊
