Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I wanted to caution providers/clients

No offense but the Boilermaer is an annual event of long standing and very well-publicized. Thousands of participants plus their families and friends looking for a place to stay. Why on earth would you promise an in-call that was not locked up solid on such a weekend? Its about as complicated as arranging a weekend in-call in Indianapolis on Memorial day weekend. Next time spend that weekend visiting somewhere new.
