I posted in the first page I should reschedule since there wasn't a lot of interest, and since then there is a lot of interest but unfortunately I agreed to take my daughter this night.

How about we switch the Date to the 18th. Say 7pm till whenever? It will give me time to PM those offering to help and finding out just what needs to be ready and available.
