Do people actually believe that BBFS is NOT an option with some providers? I've had it offered more times than I can count over the years.

Years ago I thought BB had happened when a lady put on my hat during BBBJ. I thought what the hell, maybe, until I reached down to check it.
For the second time in my life, this year, found a local lady who is quite good at putting on my hat during BBBJ. This time I knew what she was doing. It was a nice touch.
