This could become a very volatile thread.

All I will say is, from my 9+ years of empirical data, I have more problems screening and entertaining fellows who call English a second form of communication and who come from any society that has traditionally regarded women as property, as in, "I bought it, I can do with it what I want for the next hour." Bruises have resulted.

But I have also enjoyed some lovely interludes with kind, respectful, cooperative gentlemen from non-English speaking countries, so this isn't a blanket statement, but one emphasizing increased cautionary measures.

Like it or not, culture, language, income, and even education realistically come into play when playing.
