All this winning is bad news for Cougar fans.............
Tom Herman is being talked about for possible job openings in Austin and California along with Baton Rogue now.
It also seems that a few schools are changing their votes on asking Houston to join the Big 12.
Oh well, I will enjoy the success while it lasts

All this winning is bad news for Cougar fans.............What's important is the AD/Houston Leadership and Boosters. Herman can go if he wants. He has an incredible opportunity to build a legacy program here. (Think Alabama before Bear Bryant) and be immortalized. Or go for the money and name recognition in programs that really are a mess. (LSU and Texas have serious leadership issues in the sports departments/university positions. Herman could walk into a buzz saw).

Who has been coaching Houston? Briles, Sumlin, Herman. Houston knows how to get good coaches. What's going on will last beyond Herman. He can stay here and be a God or be a footnote in other legacies.
If the Big 12 votes Houston in, that changes the calculus some. I don't think it's likely because all those teams would be giving up ground in Houston and the Big 12 is kinda weak right now. Catch 22 though, 5 years from now, if Big 12 doesn't add some teams, they are gonna be weak for a while.
