They're basically relying on a new sucker for each appointment. Once one guy sees she's full of shit, he's not going to go back. She's then hoping and praying that he's not on a review board such as this (if she's aware of such...many times they're not). The advent of repeat clients just doesn't register with them. I think some of them are watching too many of these shows on TV. I saw one a while back about a provider turned Christian or whatever. She was talking about how she would upsell and use gloves to give CHJ (yes, covered hand jobs) and charge clients insane amounts of money, and laughing about it [attitude was basically, I suckered him and didn't do much to get the money]. Obviously, her run didn't last long. Eventually it bottomed out to the point where she could only seek the help of the Man above.
