I've never heard those terms before but I love the Urban Dictionary. So here is what they have to say about it:
Fake Chow
When you go down on a girl, and you pretend to be eating her out, but really you are rubbing her vagina with your finger, and making noises like you are eating her out.


upper deck
When you take the top off a toilet and shit in it so and replace it so when the next victim flushe's instead of becoming clean it fill's up with shit..

I laughed at the first one, but cringed at the second. I'm obviously not as big of a prankster as I thought I was.

I heard both terms in passing (on different occasions) by 20 something year olds. I had to look them up, because in both instances I didn't have a clue as what they were talking about.

After I researched them, I laughed my butt off.

Upperdeck. Been doing that since the frat house in the disco days. Compulsively. Over and over. At the Pennsylvania Dept of Labor and Industry when I got bored in my cubicle in 1979. The can at wife #'s 2, 3, 4's lawyer's office when getting deposed about all my "hidden assetts". The staff bathroom at the ticket court building downtown.

I thought I suffered alone. That I was the only one. But, there is a name for it. Upperdeck. I feel better now. They say knowledge is the first step to recovery.
