That post, along with the link, ought to be deleted right now. And the thread must be closed ASAP. Originally Posted by andymarksman

I disagree.. this story has a lot to offer, as a representation of the human condition and the struggles we go through.

God bless the Loncar family. Originally Posted by Chung Tran

I am curious as to what forum guidelines are being violated? Unless of course, he was a member here and you know him to have been a member.... genuine question, not being a smartass... I don't know the Eccie Bible from cover to cover.

Don't get me wrong-- I'd prefer to see this thread die. I've known the family for many years and don't think they'd appreciate it. But-- there are lots of things on this board that are of questionable taste.

I assume you think because the C word was used, it violates the guidelines.. maybe it does, technically.. but it's like changing lanes without using your turn signal.. a Cop can nail you for it, but probably won't, and shouldn't.

it's a news story, not someone advocating use of something forbidden.. in fact, it warns against it's use.

the way you dramatically posted that the thread should be shut immediately, makes me wonder if you have an agenda you didn't reveal.

It was published on the local news and someone simply pasted the article here, just like it's been done with many many articles in the past. The story shared new news, which revealed the cause of death. They didn't even share opinions just stated facts from a local TV station, geez. Yes it's very sad, I too knew him and had done business with him, and I saw no ill intent in this thread. Bless him and his family, I couldn't imagine the stress he / they went through and are going through
Close this thread.

Every time somebody Googles his name from now on, this thread will pop up with the search results.

Does the family need to see that?

Or are you also assuming that the cops equate "changing lanes without using your turn signal" to drunk driving...?
