I'm not black and this is completely unrelated to the hobby but I just realized that I've had a gun pulled on me by a person of every race except by black people. Yes that includes Indian/south Asian and I know Hispanic is an ethnicity and not a race.

I chuckle when I read them as well. Reason being is because the majority of the threads I read about guys getting robbed by a "Pimp"; the "pimp" didn't even have a weapon. They just pop up yelling and flexing and the fools piss themselves and give up all their shit. I was with a ho once when some guy popped up out the bathroom. It didn't end well for him or her. I took everything. Their phones, money, AND CLOTHES. Yes, their clothes.
Now...One thing i'll say is if you're not about that life, by all means boo boo, give up your shit and get out of there. But some of us are about that life as the 2 of them found out.
And yes, I'm black. And my guess is it's not a black or white thing and more of a intimidation thing. If they think they can get away with it, they'll go for it...regardless of color.

Right. I think that's why I've never been robbed by anyone of any race. A robbery is a diss of the highest magnitude. Fucker can shoot me, stab me, etc., but as far as willingly handing over my shit, that aint gonna happen. First he's gotta kill me, then he can steal all my shit off my dead body. Thugs know their marks, and one that stares em in the eyes, growls, and takes the center of the sidewalk on a fucking death march doesn't look like a super fun mark. Never had a problem in any hood. Once, dude was following me in a hood at 3am, so I turned around and beckoned him in. What did he do? Jack shit. I told him he's a pussy n walked off. (I use hood walks as a form of anger management. Works like a charm. I'm white of course.)

Just to be clear: I've been ripped off. (See my early reviews.) But I'm using robbery in the sense of someone demanding your shit and you just handing it over. Never happened, never will.

I have a funny Vegas story of me and my nephew accidently walking through a hood around midnite with him carrying his dice bankroll plus profit: 3200 bucks. We went straight up mayhem and didn't even have a close call. Should be up in Crazy Vegas Adventures in the Sandbox within about a week.
