From what I learned from a girl I used to chat with when she was off cam from MFC she said they're hired as models and make a certain percentage off the tokens paid to them. She told me the biggest pain in the ass is that there are literally a ton of women on that and trying to be creative in order to keep views and get guys to tip is the biggest pain.
