The 9th Circus has the "distinction" of being the most reversed court of appeals in the Federal system. It would have been "news" if the Court had set aside the TRO of the Washington District Court.

Generally, judges are more honest and honorable than politicians. No President is above the law. In US system of checks and balances, judges are supposed to ensure that President orders are consistent with US laws.
