I have never been offended by Isis's posts not once. She made a comment once that it's not possible for a provider to love her job and it pissed me off a little but I got over it. She had made it clear to me that she does not want to disclose her identity and I also told her that I do not want to know who she is. It's none of my business. What's the best way for a provider to voice her thoughts here without getting flame? To not connect her onboad persona to her work persona...

We could be wrong though. When Isis first joined the board she made it clear that she was a provider. When Lil michelle first joined the board she made it clear that she was THINKING about providing but waiting for a job offer. So... hmmmmm... I dunno but the posting style is very similar.
