Can't log into chat

Is it still down? The message said 2/23, but I still can't log in.

It's not loading at all for me right now. Not even loading the chat applet.

I'm trying to log into chat and having issues too.

Since I'm fairly new and have never been on chat! Can someone tell me how to get on it? I'd love to chat sometime!
