I understand the good intentions behind this idea. However, some may misconstrue the thread as advertising and providers that are not newbie friendly may feel it leaves them at a disadvantage.
I've never understood this concept...of over advertising. I belong to another site that allows the providers to advertise *daily* if they choose. IMHO...whenever there's a limitation...that's when the problems seem to start. If a provider is slow and needs to get business...then, why would anyone begrudge her for trying to get extra business? That just seems catty to me...aren't we all suppposed to be in this thing together?

I don't see anything wrong with the newbie friendly providers being able to sticky their availability to the newbie hobbyists. If a provider *isn't* newbie friendly...it doesn't affect them one way or another anyway.

+1 Likinikki, Ive never understood the one add a week deal. Sometimes I don't contact a provider if there isn't a real recent add. Oh well I'm not in charge here so I'll keep shooting out pms for my late notice appointments.
